1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Victory Vision website or purchasing any mentorship plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access or use our services.

2. Description of Services

Victory Vision provides personalized 1-on-1 trading mentorship sessions delivered via video call or agreed-upon communication platforms. Our services include:

• Live mentorship sessions conducted by a qualified trading mentor
• Trade review and feedback on your trading activity
• Risk management guidance and trade planning support
• Session recap notes and educational resources shared at the mentor's discretion

3. Payment Terms

All mentorship plans are billed on a monthly basis. By enrolling in a plan, you authorize us to charge the applicable fee each month until you cancel.

• Starter Plan — $25.00 per month (2 sessions)
• Growth Plan — $50.00 per month (4 sessions)

Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. We accept major credit and debit cards. All prices are listed in USD.

Sessions are allocated per calendar month and do not roll over. Unused sessions expire at the end of each billing period.

4. Refund Policy

We are committed to delivering high-quality mentorship. Please review our refund policy carefully before enrolling:

• Sessions that have been completed are non-refundable.
• If you wish to cancel before your first session in a billing period, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of payment.
• Partial refunds for partially used monthly plans are not offered.
• Cancellations made after the 48-hour window will take effect at the end of the current billing period — no further charges will be made, but the current period is non-refundable.

5. Scheduling & Cancellations

Sessions must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance using the scheduling method provided at enrollment. Late cancellations or no-shows within 12 hours of a scheduled session will be counted as a completed session and are non-refundable.

Victory Vision reserves the right to reschedule sessions in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be notified as soon as possible and offered an alternative time.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Victory Vision — including but not limited to session materials, documents, frameworks, methodologies, written content, and educational resources — is the exclusive intellectual property of Victory Vision.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or resell any content shared during or in connection with mentorship sessions.
• Recording of sessions is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Victory Vision.
• Materials are provided for personal educational use only.

Any unauthorized use of Victory Vision's intellectual property may result in immediate termination of your plan and legal action where appropriate.

7. Client Conduct

Clients are expected to engage with Victory Vision services in good faith and with a genuine commitment to learning. We reserve the right to terminate any client's plan without refund if they:

• Engage in abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behavior toward the mentor
• Misuse shared materials or violate intellectual property terms
• Provide false information at the time of enrollment
• Attempt to circumvent payment obligations

8. Limitation of Liability

Victory Vision's services are educational in nature. We are not responsible for any trading losses, financial damages, or adverse outcomes resulting from decisions made by clients, whether or not those decisions were influenced by mentorship sessions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Victory Vision's total liability to any client for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by that client in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration or the appropriate court jurisdiction.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
